This is a very important first step (which can be a difficult step for many.) Search your heart. Honor yourself. Love yourself. Take care of yourself. Not in a selfish way, but in a “self-care” way. But the soul is eternal and never  “dies.” It just takes a different form. Much faith is needed to deal with challenges that seem insurmountable. Pray for faith. Pray for hope.
