Dear Ones, Take time to be grateful. Take time to appreciate all of the wonderful things about your life. This is a beautiful practice, and it is also very healing. Gratitude opens the heart and makes room for more to be grateful for. And it feels wonderful. It’s a feeling that is almost indescribable. Please, try this as often as you can. Dear Ones, We are one in God’s glory. Many things continue to shift and change on the planet. Many people are coming “awake.” Realizing what is really important. Letting go of fear and pain. Dear Ones, Your true nature and true essence, are love. Once you realize this at a soul level, you will naturally begin to make the changes in your life that will reflect this. You will act with love only. You will purify your thoughts so they’ll only be loving. Your actions will be only loving too. This is called Christ consciousness. This is what I’ve been talking about. Dear Ones, Many on the planet are releasing old emotions and letting go of the past. This can be painful, but ultimately is for the best. Let go. Be free of past hurt, past pain, emotions that no longer serve you. Make room for a life of love and joy. An infinite life. I love you. Mary

Dear Ones, Get to know the feeling of TRUTH. When you hear something true, or know something to be true, your entire physical body reacts to it. You can try to ignore the truth, but you know. Become aware of these subtle knowings. Become aware of the difference in how truth feels and how non-truth feels. This is all about intuition. We all have it. Some pay attention to it. Some ignore it. I’m asking you to pay attention to truths in your life. We can work on it together. I love you. Mary

Dear Ones, We are one in God’s glory. Please take care of yourselves. Please eat well, get more sleep. Spend time in nature. Your body is the temple that houses your beautiful spirit. Honor it for what it is and what it can do for you. In the physical world, it’s good health is very beneficial. Appreciate your physical body by caring for it! I love you–Mary
