Dear Ones, Let us love ourselves so that we may love one another. The first and most important love is self love. For you cannot treat others well if you do not treat yourself well. How you treat others is a direct reflection of how you treat self. So when someone mistreats you, or does or says something cruel to you, just think of the fact of how they must feel about self. we are all connected. We are one. So hurting one, is hurting self, and vice versa. The way you look at someone whom you adore and cherish, is how I look at you. Please take care of and nurture yourself. Love yourself and love others. Dear Ones, We have spoken about letting go. And about trust. We will again discuss this. When you really trust the divine creator (God) and you really truly and completely let go, you stop forcing  and stop working against the flow, miracles occur.
