Dear Ones, We are one in God’s glory. It’s very important that you go easy on yourselves. There is no need for being so hard on yourselves. In fact, it’s counterproductive. Change the tape that you play in your mind. “It’s okay. I’m doing well” instead of something critical or self punishing. Encourage yourself, as you would a child. Dear Ones, We are one in God’s glory. Forgiveness is very freeing. It frees your heart and your energy. When you forgive someone or something, it is more about you than about the one who wronged you. You let go of that pain of whatever hurt was caused you, and you are free of it. You make space for divine love and light. Forgiveness frees you the forgiver. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. When living and loving and doing your best to show these things towards others, don’t forget yourselves! The unrealistic expectations and perfectionism don’t serve you.
