Dear Ones, We are one in God’s infinite glory. Let’s talk about allowing. Allowing means letting all of the abundance of the universe flow to you. How is this done? By relaxing, becoming unconstricted, untense. Connecting in meditation to that peaceful place. This is when abundance can flow to you. Dear Ones, I’d love to talk about love. As I’ve said, it’s the most powerful force in the universe. It’s what creates things. It is the essence of all of life. It’s what you are made of, at your purest level. Why do so many focus on other things? Because they don’t realize that love is all that matters. And that love is all that remains. Things in the physical world can be beautiful, yes. But they don’t remain. They don’t sustain. Love does not come to an end. Godspeed. Mary

Dear Ones, Don’t waste your time comparing your life to others lives. Don’t waste your time wanting what they’ve got. This is a fruitless and wasteful effort. It sounds very simple and trite, but here is my advice. Be grateful for what you’ve got. Someone will always have a nicer car, a bigger bank account, better abs. Be grateful for things like friendships, peaceful moments, beauty in nature, joy in your child’s eyes. These are things that matter. Love, peace and joy are what sustain us. Friendships and love are what comfort us. This is our truth. I love you. Mary

Dear Ones, Please can we focus on good. Please can we focus on kindnesses instead of hurts. Positive words instead of criticisms. Hope instead of fear. It will make a big difference to your mood, and to your reality. Whatever we focus on, grows. Focus on the love, However fleeting or small it might seem. Dear Ones, Let’s talk again about “down time.” The only way to know your own spirit, is to slow down. Take time in quiet contemplation. Do nothing. This is very important. Start with 15 minutes a day. Gradually increase this quiet, alone time. You will begin to unravel, and to feel a peace from within that is almost indescribable. Try it. You will not be disappointed. It is in the stillness that we can listen to our own hearts. I love you! Mary

Dear Ones, Don’t judge yourself for what you may have done or failed to do. You did the best you could at the time, with what insight, knowledge and capability you had at the time. Feel whatever there is to feel around your past and let it go. Accept yourself. Forgive yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Focus on what you have done “right.” Love yourself. Start with you.
