Dear Ones, Let’s talk again about “down time.” The only way to know your own spirit, is to slow down. Take time in quiet contemplation. Do nothing. This is very important. Start with 15 minutes a day. Gradually increase this quiet, alone time. You will begin to unravel, and to feel a peace from within that is almost indescribable. Try it. You will not be disappointed.
