Dear Beloveds, As we start to realize our own worth, we begin to take better care of ourselves. We eat more nutritious foods, we see the value of rest, we notice what effects our energy. And we begin to purify our thoughts. This is what I am most excited about. This pure ness of thought can lead us to live a life which embodies the Christ consciousness. Dear Ones, Everything you are searching for is within you. Everything you are wanting to feel, is inside you. This is true. I’m sure you have heard this before, as a concept. With your mind you’ve heard this. I’m asking you to really feel these words with your center, your spirit, your heart. There is nothing to get. You are all there is. Everything is inside of you. Dear Ones, If we really take the time to slow down, we can change our lives. You can change your life. Each and every one of you. In the stillness, there is peace. Pure peace, contentment and joy. This is a practice. It doesn’t happen overnight. It will change your life. Sit in silence each day. Turn off electronics. Just sit. You will find peace. The stress and strain will unravel. Dear Ones, Let us love ourselves so that we may love one another. The first and most important love is self love. For you cannot treat others well if you do not treat yourself well. How you treat others is a direct reflection of how you treat self. So when someone mistreats you, or does or says something cruel to you, just think of the fact of how they must feel about self. we are all connected. We are one. So hurting one, is hurting self, and vice versa. The way you look at someone whom you adore and cherish, is how I look at you. Please take care of and nurture yourself. Love yourself and love others. Dear Ones, We have spoken about letting go. And about trust. We will again discuss this. When you really trust the divine creator (God) and you really truly and completely let go, you stop forcing  and stop working against the flow, miracles occur.
